1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TikerAI ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. TikerAI is an AI-powered EdTech platform offering learning tools, premium memberships, mentorship services, and project collaboration features. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
TikerAI is a digital service provider offering the following services:
- Learning Content & Resources: Curated learning roadmaps, guided projects, webinars, and study materials
- Premium Memberships: Subscription-based access to advanced features and learning tools
- Mentorship Services: Connect with mentors and industry professionals for guidance (both free and paid)
- Project Collaboration Platform: Create, share, and collaborate on projects with community members
- AI Learning Tools: AI-powered code generation, research assistance, and skill assessment tools
- Certification & Achievements: Digital certificates and achievement badges for completed courses
- Digital Currency System: Tiker Cubes earned through platform activities
3. Delivery of Digital Services
All services provided on TikerAI are delivered digitally. Once you purchase or access a service:
- Digital content, courses, and learning materials are delivered immediately upon purchase or enrollment
- Mentorship session access begins upon confirmation of booking
- Premium membership features become available immediately after subscription activation
- Tiker Cubes are credited to your wallet upon completion of qualifying activities
By using these digital services, you acknowledge that digital content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as access is immediate and ongoing.
4. Use License
Permission is granted to use TikerAI for personal, educational, and professional development purposes only. Under this license, you may not:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without authorization
- Use the platform for commercial purposes outside the scope of the platform itself
- Reverse engineer or attempt to decompile any software or AI models
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices from platform materials
- Scrape, automate, or extract data without authorization
- Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
5. User Accounts & Responsibility
If you create an account on TikerAI:
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and password security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- You represent that information provided is accurate and complete
- Users must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent for minors)
6. User Conduct & Community Standards
You agree not to:
- Engage in harassment, bullying, or abuse of other users
- Post defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content
- Violate intellectual property rights or plagiarize content
- Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws
Violations of community standards may result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.
7. Premium Memberships & Subscriptions
Subscription Terms:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You will be charged according to your chosen billing frequency (monthly/annually)
- Cancellation can be done anytime from account settings
- Upon cancellation, access ends at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)
8. Mentorship Services
Mentorship services are provided by users on the platform. TikerAI:
- Does not guarantee mentor availability or response times
- Facilitates connections but is not responsible for mentor quality
- Processes payments through our payment partners
- Is not liable for disputes between users regarding mentorship
Mentors and mentees agree to conduct themselves professionally and resolve disputes directly or through our support team.
9. Projects, Publications & User-Generated Content
Your Content:
- You retain ownership of content you create on the platform
- By publishing, you grant TikerAI a license to host and display your content
- You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
Monetization: If you monetize any features, TikerAI may take a commission as disclosed in your account.
10. Payment, Refunds & Disputes
Payment Processing:
- Payments are processed by our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay)
- By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method
- Failed payments may result in service suspension

Dispute Resolution: For payment disputes, contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.
11. Tiker Cubes & Withdrawal
Earning & Using Cubes:
- Tiker Cubes are earned by completing platform activities (courses, projects, achievements)
- Cubes can be used to purchase premium features or withdrawn as cash
- Minimum withdrawal is ₹5,000 (500,000 cubes)
- Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts within 2-3 business days
Expiration & Restrictions:
- Cubes earned through specific promotional periods may have expiration dates
- Upon account termination, earned cubes cannot be transferred or recovered
- TikerAI reserves the right to adjust cube values for platform balance
12. Intellectual Property Rights
TikerAI platform content, design, features, and AI models are owned by TikerAI or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any platform content without authorization.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: The platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available". TikerAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall TikerAI be liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, even if notified of such damages. This includes loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages.
No Guarantee of Results: Learning outcomes and career advancement depend on individual effort. TikerAI makes no guarantees regarding job placement, salary increases, or academic outcomes.
14. Termination & Suspension
TikerAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account:
- For violation of these terms or community standards
- For non-payment or fraudulent transactions
- For inactivity (account may be suspended after 12 months of non-use)
- For any reason, with or without notice, at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Indian law. For disputes:
- First attempt resolution through our support team
- If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in India
- You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts
16. Changes to Terms
TikerAI may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will have 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Third-Party Services
TikerAI uses third-party services for payments, hosting, and analytics. We are not responsible for their services or policies. Use of third-party content is subject to their terms.
